Comprehending the meaning of this new Economic Empowerment Concept

New Age Capitalism - A 21st Century Economic Empowerment Concept For Black Americans

In the US, Black Capitalism fails since it’s incapable of addressing the actual issues faced by the Black community, and can only enrich a handful (and not all). Another reason for its failure is because it’s based on the Western model that boasts of a massive asset base and infrastructure to sustain top-down financing. Since Black America doesn’t have such resources, infrastructure, or assets for top-down capitalization, the need of the hour is New Age Capitalism.

What this new-age concept of Capitalism in the 21st Century means

To understand how New Age Capitalism supports the Economic Empowerment Concept by having an economic engine in place that can successfully compete globally and enable millions of Black Americans to participate in the economic empowerment and corporate ownership, one needs to understand what it is at first. It’s not a multilevel marketing program, get rich quick scheme, or pass through deal. Rather, it’s a developmental idea of activity and action that’s based on "many paying a little" (as proposed by Otis C. Harrison) and "many doing a little" (as put forward by George Sistrunk) to make things happen through legal corporate structures, where owners vote for what they desire to do and what they plan to achieve as a corporate body.

When understood correctly, New Age Capitalism is the solitary method that can help eradicate poverty or drastically reduce it in the Black community. This is due to the fact that New Age Capitalism and New Age Corporations (mandated by it) are based on laws that build and administer corporate enterprises, which in turn make entire communities capable of sitting now at the economic table and partaking in the procedure of wealth creation.
