Why Black Americans Need A Genuine Economic Empowerment Engine

In the US, Asians are the most successful ethnic group and yet, they never had a policy specifically created to help them out. On the other end of the spectrum lie the Black population of America who hasn’t benefited much despite the implementation of over 50 years of affirmative action policies. They have faced persistent disparities in opportunity and wealth, and economic stability still eludes many of them. It’s believed genuine Economic Empowerment can change the scenario though it’s a tough road ahead due to soaring levels of ignorance and backwardness together with no knowledge or insight about the future threats among the Black Americans. When a gangster mentality and a penchant for unnecessary violence is added to the mix, the scenario becomes all the more challenging.

Understanding the Empowerment Engine

For the US-based Black population looking for true empowerment in America, it’s important to realize that proper organization, education, cooperation and dedication is needed to achieve Economic Empowerment. And the way to achieve it is via New Age Thinking, New Age Capitalism, and New Age Corporations.

New Age Thinking refers to developing an Economic Engine that would use the available financial resources optimally to benefit Black Americans in America. New Age Capitalism says whatever engine you develop must be capable of growing speedily without any political interference as well as without any government legislation or subsidies.

Aided by New Age Capitalism and New Age Thinking, New Age Corporations such as UICI (Unity International Company, Inc.) will help mobilize financial resources on an enormous scale, at competitive levels, and have the inherent capability to empower Black people both politically and economically.
